Business information — business name, owner name, phone number, and service area provided during onboarding
Google Calendar data — with your explicit authorization, we access your Google Calendar to schedule and manage service appointments
SMS communications — inbound and outbound text messages processed through the JobsiteAI agent
Voice call data — inbound phone calls handled by our AI voice assistant, including call transcriptions used to schedule appointments
Account credentials — email address and hashed passwords for dashboard access

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the JobsiteAI SMS booking agent on your behalf
To schedule, confirm, and manage appointments on your Google Calendar
To send SMS notifications to you and your customers
To provide and improve our platform and services

3. Google API Data

Our use of Google Calendar data is limited to scheduling and managing appointments for your business. We request only the minimum permissions necessary (calendar read/write access). We do not sell, share, or use Google user data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the JobsiteAI service.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Twilio — for SMS delivery
Telnyx — for voice calls and phone number services
Google — for calendar integration
Anthropic — for AI language processing (Claude)
Stripe — for payment processing

Each third party operates under their own privacy policy and data handling practices.

5. Data Retention

SMS conversation logs are retained for 24 hours and then automatically deleted. Business configuration and calendar credentials are retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, hashed credential storage, and access-controlled infrastructure. Google OAuth tokens are stored securely on our servers and are never exposed to third parties.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. You may also revoke Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account settings.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
