These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JobsiteAI and related services provided by Axiomare AI LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

JobsiteAI is an AI-powered voice and SMS receptionist and booking agent designed for home service businesses. The service automates customer communication and appointment scheduling via phone calls, SMS, and Google Calendar integration.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use our services. By using JobsiteAI, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must provide accurate and complete information during onboarding

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JobsiteAI to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM
Misrepresent your business or services to customers
Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure

5. Google Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize Axiomare AI to read and write calendar events on your behalf for the purpose of scheduling service appointments. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will disable automated scheduling features.

6. SMS and Voice Communications

You are responsible for ensuring that your customers have consented to receive SMS messages and automated voice calls from your business. Our AI voice assistant handles inbound calls, transcribes conversations, and schedules appointments on your behalf. You agree to comply with all applicable laws governing commercial messaging and automated calls, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

7. Subscription and Billing

JobsiteAI is offered at $99 per month plus a one-time $49 setup fee
The $49 setup fee covers phone number provisioning, carrier registration, and AI configuration and is non-refundable
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
No long-term contracts — cancel anytime with no penalty
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Monthly subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Twilio, Google, etc.), scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiomare AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed appointments, lost revenue, or customer disputes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
